There is no form, no sign-in and no account. The pages are static files: nothing you do here is recorded, because there is nothing here that records.
Logs
The host that serves these pages keeps ordinary, short-lived request logs in order to deliver them and to absorb attacks. They are not read to learn anything about visitors, and they are not joined to anything else.

Then we have your email address and whatever you wrote, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep the thread. That is the whole of it.
